I do get them on my win10 laptop with Focusrite. I don't get either of those sets of options you show in your images.

However, another weird thing that happened was I couldn't use the mixer to adjust the level of that track. Because I was limited to only one track for recording (with those settings) I tried it. Regardless, I've never seen those selections after arming a track for recording before. I wondered if that had anything to do with it. In addition, I got the update Reaper message so I did. I haven't tried using Reaper on this laptop for quite a while but I also haven't used this interface before.
